* BD directory on the BD external text subtitles can be the root directory, file name prefix free (only the main video files for a single blue-chip source); BD can also be placed on the main video file directory, file name prefix the same with the main video file (for single or multiple video files blue chip main source)

Installation:
Use with caution, improper firmware update may render your unit malfunction.
• After downloading the firmware update package, copy into a clean formatted USB thumb drive. Extract files must be place in folder named upgrade, in the ROOT directory.
• Insert the thumb drive to any of the 2 USB port.
• Navigate to UPGRADE, the system will check the integrity of the file. Follow on screen instructions till complete.
• On the remote control, use the POWER button to cycle the button.
• Your firmware has been updated.

d. BGM will loop the audio files within the same directory. Limitations are not able to adjust the background music volume, fast forward / rewind, or any music controls.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING:
Stepping stone update, roll back is not possible.
The zip file contains 2 firmware version,
1) upgrade4.18.zip
2) upgrade4.181.zip
Very importantly, extract upgrade4.18.zip first. You will get a upgrade folder, copy that to your thumb drive and update your firmware to 4.18, when you are successful. Please extract upgrade4.181.zip and repeat the same update process.
This is a combine release, which unfortunately version 4.18 must be updated to proceed to 4.18.1. This is however the only time you need to perform this as all future firmware update will be build upon this foundation.
